The Lord of The Harvest

God, as Lord of the Harvest, chooses the workers, assigns them their tasks, and oversees their progress. God can utilize anyone—flaws and all—to carry out His plans and purposes. Scripture is replete with examples of God using imperfect humans to carry out his plans and gather in "the harvest." In other words, don't judge yourself or anyone else based on how well they're doing, and don't try to reap from the section of the field that God has assigned to someone else. There is a lot you can do with the skills you already possess. There is a role for each of us to play in society.
